Poster Contest
In support of the 2008 SMART Fair theme, environmental awareness, the SMART Foundation sponsored a poster contest at Briscoe Elementary. Sixth grade students designed posters promoting environmental awareness. Contest winners were Evelyn Garduno (1st place, pictured below in center), Juan Chavarria (2nd place, pictured below on right), and Priscilla Garanzuay (3rd place, pictured below on left). Alamo Architects is sponsoring the printing of 250 copies of the winning poster.
