VIA "Classroom on Wheels"
VIA, our SMART partner, drove their "Classroom on Wheels" to the SMART Fair and enlightened the public. Upon entering, children immediately realize this is not your usual city bus. This gem is rich with color and the inside walls are lined with art created by the children of San Antonio.
