VIA METROPOLITAN TRANSIT : YOUTH ART CONTEST '09'
VIA Youth Art Contest Awards Luncheon was held at the San Antonio Garden Center on May 14th. Twenty nine winners from pre-kinder to twelfth grade were invited to the ceremony. After lunch was provided by The RK Group, Priscilla Ingle, Vice President of Public Affairs, welcomed and thanked the students and their families. Henry MuA+/-oz III, Chair of VIA Board of Trustees was impressed at having six thousand participants in the contest and promised VIA's continuous support of SMART. VIA also praised art teachers' efforts with gift certificates.
